About this Privacy Policy
Eurosol respects your preferences regarding the collection and use of your Personal Data.
“Personal Data” refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Data Subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
Eurosol respects your preferences regarding the processing of the collected Personal Data. This Policy (“Policy”) provides you information on how Eurosol collects and uses your Personal Data, how you can control its use and describes our practices regarding the information collected on other websites of the Group, which are connected or refer to this Policy (i.e. websites, software applications, social media and electronic messages), as well as marketing activities and offline sales (jointly referred to as “Communication Channels”).
Communication Channels may provide links to other platforms not belonging to Eurosol group. Prior to providing your Personal Data, we encourage you to check the privacy policies of such websites, services, social media or applications.
 

What information do we collect?
We collect your information when you complete our online forms or when you complete a booking request. We also collect information on you when you deliberately complete surveys for application purposes, when you subscribe our newsletter, through feeds or when you contact us either by phone or in writing.
Personal Data are necessary for the purposes of your contact; thus, we process data such as name, address, phone number, e-mail address, subject, tax identification number (in case of business transaction) and identification number (in case of exercise of a right). Your educational background, for the purpose of job applications, is also processed. Upon providing your personal data, you are allowing its collection, use and disclosure under the rules hereby set out.
We ask you not to send or share with Eurosol any personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health or data concerning your sex life or sexual orientation.
The information about the use of the website is collected by cookies, which don’t identify you specifically; the following data are or may be collected:
• IP address;
• Geographical location;
• Information on the device accessing the website, namely, type and version of browser, operating system, screen resolution, preferred language, information contained in the HTTP headers and agent version.
• Search engine used to find and access the website;
• Date and time of access, as well as the websites and contents you visited and clicked on.
 
It is important to point out that this information does not identify you deliberately and if, in exceptional cases, it does, it will immediately be subject to anonymization.
When you provide information, you are giving your informed and unequivocal consent to the automated processing of your data.
Some requested data are mandatory; such cases are duly identified and the lack or inaccuracy of your answers may compromise the service.
 

How do we use your information?
The collected data are used to process your request, manage your account and, if you agree, to send you electronic information regarding additional products and services we believe are in your best interest.
We use the information collected on the website to customize your future visits.
If you agree, we will send your personal information to other Eurosol and Group NOV companies, so they can offer you their own products and services.
For the purposes of marketing and sales campaigns, Eurosol shares your information with external companies, in order to provide the services you requested, when such workflows are needed for the completion of contractual relations between you and Eurosol or between Eurosol and a third party in your best interest.
While Eurosol processes, throughout the whole processing stage, the collected information in a private manner - collected data will be used according to the general data protection regulation -, we may need to privately transfer Personal Data to other entities, namely courts, and while processing your request, your data may be sent to and use information from credit and fraud prevention agencies.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a European supervisory authority regarding the protection of your Personal Data. Eurosol shall cooperate with that supervisory authority, providing all the information requested within the scope of its duties.
The information collected on the website doesn’t involve automated decision-making processes, including profile definitions.
On this website, recorded information is not subject to comparison, interconnection or any other way of inter-relation.
Since your data may navigate on an open network, they’re open to the risk of being displayed and used by non-authorized third parties.
Eurosol only accepts the registration of users who are at least 16 years old. The Company Communication Channels are not intended to be used by underage users. If you’re aware of a registration carried out by an underage person, we kindly ask you to notify us, so we can immediately erase it.
The recipients or categories of recipients of your Personal Data, depending on the contact option you used, are the Marketing and Sales departments, Hotel desks, Human Resources department, Technical Support and Managing Board. We will share your Personal Data with your consent or, as required, in order to complete any transaction or provide any service you requested. We also share your Data with affiliates supervised by Eurosol and its subsidiaries; with business partners working on our behalf; when required by law or to fulfill legal procedures; to protect our clients; to protect lives; to maintain the security of our services; and to protect proprietary rights or those of Eurosol.
 

Employment applications
For application purposes, curriculum vitae shall be kept for one year for consideration purposes within the scope of open employment opportunities, without prejudice of the exercise of rights by the data subject.
The Applicant’s Personal Data are kept for 5 years, after which the Data are erased or, if it’s in the interest of Eurosol, subject to anonymization inhibiting the Applicant’s present or future identification. After that period, if the Applicant wishes to remain as a part of recruitment procedures, he/she must submit a new application.
 

Marketing
We would like to send you information on Eurosol or Group NOV products and services that may be or come to be in your best interest. If you gave your previous consent, you can choose to cancel that subscription at any moment. At all times, you have the right to refuse being contacted for the purposes of marketing/sales campaigns, using the address Rua D. Access and correction of your information
We need to ascertain the accuracy and reliability of the information we hold about you.
We trust the User to provide accurate and complete information, as well as to update the data as a result of any possible changes.
Users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without compromising the lawfulness of the processing based on the previously given consent, as well as the right to request from Eurosol the access to and rectification or erasure of their Personal Data and restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.
The preceding article doesn’t include the Personal Data needed to complete the contract in which the User takes part, to fulfill the legal obligations to which the Controller is subject and those needed for the purposes of Eurosol’s best interests.
Without prejudice to legal or regulatory provisions to the contrary, Personal Data will be kept only during the minimum period necessary for the purposes that led to their collection or to their later processing, after which they will be erased or, in case it is in the interest of Eurosol, processed for statistical purposes, subject to anonymisation, and it will not be possible to identify the Data Subject.
Where the controller intends to further process the personal data for a purpose other than that for which the personal data were collected, the controller shall provide the data subject prior to that further processing with information on that other purpose and with any relevant further information.
You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. If wish to request a partial or full copy of the information held about you by Eurosol, please, contact us by mail to Rua D. José Alves Correia da Silva, 2410-117 - Leiria.
If the User’s requests are evidently unfounded or excessive, namely due to their recurrent nature, Eurosol may, in line with the current legal framework, charge a reasonable fee considering the administrative costs of providing the information or communication or taking the action requested or refuse to act on the request.
