Eurosol Hotels assume Quality and Environmental Management as a synonym of Trust and Added Value in all its units, promoting differentiation, higher levels of competitiveness, and, simultaneously, higher and better levels of performance.

The principles of Quality Management and Environment are applied in all business areas of companies. The aim is to ensure the satisfaction of customers, shareholders and employees, and to strengthen partnerships with all stakeholders in the environment that surrounds it.

IDENTIFY and control the significant environmental aspects and impacts of all our activities, through the recycling of the waste produced, as well as proper management of them, aiming to efficiently reduce resource consumption.

ENSURING a high degree of professionalism and competence among its employees, by training and motivating them for a greater awareness and adoption of appropriate measures and practices. We have 3 Bike Friendly Hotels

The accommodations units Eurosol Alcanena, Eurosol Gouveia, and Eurosol Seia Camelo meet the requirements for being bike-friendly. Several routes have been developed internally specifically for mountain biking and road cycling, starting and ending at the respective Eurosol Hotels. Some spaces have been adapted to the needs of cyclists, including the placement of compartments to store bikes, outdoor bike parking, a mini workshop, bike washing facilities, the possibility of treating cyclists’ clothes, among others.

At Eurosol Alcanena, Eurosol Gouveia, and Eurosol Seia Camelo Hotels, the conditions were carefully thought out to ensure the best possible experience. This initiative allows us to meet the needs of customers who are traveling with their bicycles.

Collaborate with us, as a guest.During your stay, please:

Put the magazines and newspapers on the table, do not throw them in the trash.
Put all food scraps and dirty food packaging in the bathroom garbage can.
Whenever you don’t need to use the water, close the tap.
Wait 5 to 6 seconds after finishing your shower, before using the towels, to reduce excess water, which will allow for greater efficiency.
Turn off the lights whenever you leave one room for another and when you leave the bedroom.
Follow the instructions on the “Towel Exchange” card in your bathroom.

The Eurosol Hotels are committed to ESG criteria (Environmental, Social, and Governance), demonstrating a strong ability to adapt to the current context and achieving important goals in various areas.

In 2024, for the first time, Hotels Eurosol received the “Sustainability Engaged” Seal awarded by Tourism of Portugal, as well as the “ESG Reporting Pioneer” seal from the SIBS platform for the recognition of its pioneering spirit, referring to the report from 2023.

The group reaffirmed the positive results of its activities and outlined a future ambition: to increase its contribution to global sustainability, facing challenges such as resource scarcity and implementing innovative solutions. The focus on continuous monitoring and improving operations are priorities that reflect the commitment to promote more sustainable and responsible tourism.

Eurosol hotels receive the "Sustainability Engaged 2023" seal

The Eurosol Hotels, belonging to the Grupo Nov Turismo sub-holding (EH – Hotéis e Turismo SGPS SA), have been awarded the SustainabilityEngaged 2023 seal by Turismo de Portugal, for companies that, after reporting the 2023 financial data through the FOREST tool (Organizational and Sustainability Reporting Tool in Tourism), obtained their respective sustainability reports. The ceremony organized by Turismo de Portugal took place on September 25 at the Montebelo Mosteiro de Alcobaça Historic Hotel. This distinction reflects EH – Hotels and Tourism SGPS SA’s ongoing commitment to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria, demonstrating a solid capacity to adapt to the current context and achieve important objectives in various areas.
